Kmac's obsession with True Crime started as a youngster growing up with her dad as a detective and eventually rising the ranks to police chief.

Her interest in True Crime goes far past the "theatre" of it all.  The science behind forensics, the careful dance and art form of putting the puzzle pieces together, and the knowledge and strategy behind solving a crime is something she has been enamored by for years.

Most importantly it is her passion for ensuring victims and their families are respected and their stories are told with empathy and honor that has driven her to start this podcast.

And it doesn't hurt she gets to enjoy it with a glass of wine and chilling with her hubs.

Charlotte the dog is the rebel of the Bad Human family.  She runs the show and her pet parents, Kmac and The Answer, know it.  

Her hobbies include barking at young children who are playing and enjoying life (the sound of innocent laughter makes her lips curl), chasing the glare from her dog tag, and bossing the humans at Tailwaggers Doggy Day care around.

The Answer had minimal interest or knowledge of crime until Kmac came into his life like a True Crime wrecking ball.

What used to be quiet nights of enjoying a frosty beverage and watching football have now become serial killer marathons and date nights solving game night crime cases.  Nothing like waking up at 3am to see Jeffrey Dahmer staring back at ya!  He also has learned quite a bit about life insurance policies.

He has it made....he gets to listen each week to the voice of an angel (Kmac) tell him a true crime story he has never heard while drinking adult beverages.
